Tara Pacheco has had a diverse work experience, starting with their freelance work as an actor and theater artist since 2009. Tara has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and Actors Equity Association (AEA) and has been involved in various stage, screen, and voice-over projects. Some notable credits include "First Wives Club" from 2019 to 2021, "The Goldfinch" feature film from 2019, "Shades of Blue" TV series on NBC, and award-winning plays such as "Thomas and Sally" at Marin Theater Company and "The Mysteries" at the Flea Theater.

In 2015, Tara also explored their skills in web development and consultation as a freelance website designer and builder.

Tara later joined Ethena in 2020 as a content producer and worked on producing various content.
