Leila Rosenthal possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as Head of People at ether.fi and previously as Head of People & Talent at Secoda. Prior roles include various positions at Uber, where Leila excelled as Recruiting Manager for Uber Eats Engineering and Senior Lead in Recruiting. Additionally, Leila held the position of Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Top Hat and served as a Technical Recruiter at both Top Hat and Sage Recruiting. Leila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from McGill University and completed education at Columbia High School.
