Sharon Armao

Sharon Armao has worked in the fax server industry for more than 15 years. She began her career at Optus Software Inc. in the sales department in the 1990s and continued on to work as a Customer Service Manager for emFAST, LLC in 2003 and joined etherFAX in 2012.

Armao specializes in Local Number Portability (LNP) management. At etherFAX, she is responsible for the successful transmission of all customer port orders, LNP training on processes to new etherFAX partners, fax number inventory management, carrier relations, and customer services. She also assists in inside sales and the coordination of port orders.
