The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Junior to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of our product strategies, contributing to EtherMail’s vision of blending traditional email functionalities with cutting-edge blockchain technology. You will work closely with senior product managers to help manage the product lifecycle, gather market intelligence, and ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operational aspects of our product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Help conduct market research and analyse consumer needs to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing to deliver product specifications.
• Facilitate the creation and execution of product roadmaps to meet business goals, balancing time, cost, and scope.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics, suggesting improvements and innovations.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and ensure products align with customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Basic knowledge of product management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on responsibilities and challenges in a startup setting.
• Interest in blockchain, web3 technologies, and the cryptocurrency industry.

Nice to Haves

• Experience or internships in technology, product management, or related fields.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
