Hollis Malkowski

Hollis Malkowski has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Billboard Installer at Wild Designs Signs & Graphics in 2011 and worked there until 2014. They then interned at Applied Systems as a Summer Legal Intern in 2014. From 2015 to 2015, they interned at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Marketing Analyst at BlackRock. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Sustainability and Change Behavior Intern at Get Your GreenBack Tompkins. In 2017, they joined BlackRock again as a Product Manager & Content Writer until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Associate Project Manager. In 2020, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Heck & Hollis Capital. Finally, they joined Ethic in 2021, where they started as a Client Operations Lead and currently serve as an Associate Director of Client Operations.

Hollis Malkowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2017. In the same year, Malkowski also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Prior to that, Malkowski received a High School Diploma from Shattuck- St. Mary's in 2013. Additionally, in 2017, Malkowski obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
