Jennie Lacourt

Jennie LaCourt has a strong background in people operations, with a focus on roles in talent management and operations coordination. Jennie began their career at POLITICO in 2014 as a Talent & Operations Coordinator before transitioning to roles at Xometry, including People Operations Associate and later People Operations Manager. In 2019, LaCourt joined Ethic where they have taken on increasingly senior positions, starting as People Operations Lead before becoming Associate Director, and currently serving as Director of People Operations.

Jennie LaCourt holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jennie is also a certified SHRM-CP, obtained in 2017, and a founding community member of LifeLabs Learning, as of 2022.
