Maddy Speal

Maddy Speal has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 with internships at Marshall Wace and BNP Paribas. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley before transitioning into a full-time role as an Analyst starting in 2019. Maddy spent three years at Morgan Stanley, leaving in 2021. Maddy then joined Ethic, where they worked as an Associate from June 2021 to February 2022, before being promoted to Senior Associate from February 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Maddy holds the position of Client Success Lead at Ethic, starting in May 2023. During their undergraduate years, they also held a leadership role as the Co-Head of Swimming and Lifesaving at Glen Bernard Camp from 2014 to 2016.

Maddy Speal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University between 2015 and 2019. In 2017, they also participated in a study abroad program at Syracuse University Hong Kong Center. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rye High School from 2012 to 2015.
