Kavita Bordia

Kavita Bordia currently serves as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Annual Fund Manager, and Development Associate for Annual Giving at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since February 2020. Prior to this role, Kavita was the Lead Teacher for a 4th grade classroom at Success Academy Charter Schools from November 2018 to February 2020. Kavita's earlier experience includes working as a Research Associate at NJBIZ from April 2002 to June 2004, and as a Lecturer in Psychology at Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics from June 1999 to March 2001. Kavita holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mumbai University, earned between 1997 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts, completed from 1994 to 1997.
