Ethical Culture Fieldston School
Sal LaMonica has extensive experience in facilities management and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since October 2021, Sal previously held roles such as Director of Facilities and Event Management and Assistant Director of Facilities and Events at Manhattan College. Prior positions include Director of Facilities and Operations at Wagner College and Account Executive roles with both the Brooklyn Bolts Football and Brooklyn Cyclones, where responsibilities included event booking and operations management. Sal's early career involved significant contributions to ticket sales and game day operations with the New York Lizards and an internship with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Educationally, Sal holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Sacred Heart University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Wagner College.

For over 130 years the Ethical Culture Fieldston School has been committed to excellence in education as it seeks to develop the intellectual, artistic and moral potential of its students. ECFS serves approximately 1,700 students and 325 faculty and staff in four divisions; Ethical Culture, Fieldston Lower, Fieldston Middle, and Fieldston Upper. Ethical Culture is located in midtown Manhattan on Central Park West, in a six-story, turn-of-the-century school building; the other divisions share an 18-acre campus in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
