Sandhya Rajaraman has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sandhya held various positions at ITBMS Inc from October 2009 to May 2021, including Associate Director of HR & Operations and HR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive at the Confederation of Indian Industry from 2004 to 2006. Sandhya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics, both from the University of Madras.

ECFS serves approximately 1,700 students and 325 faculty and staff in four divisions; Ethical Culture, Fieldston Lower, Fieldston Middle, and Fieldston Upper. Ethical Culture is located in midtown Manhattan on Central Park West, in a six-story, turn-of-the-century school building; the other divisions share an 18-acre campus in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
