Jeannine Niacaris

Jeannine Niacaris has worked in the Human Resources field for over 30 years. Jeannine began their career in 1989 as a Manager of Human Resources at Affymax Research. In 1993, they moved to SEQUUS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for overhauling and rebuilding the Human Resources department. In 1997, they joined Matrix Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Human Resources, where they managed recruitment, performance review, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development. In 1999, they were appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services at Geron Corporation, where they provided leadership, strategy and direction to rebuild the credibility of the Human Resources, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety, Information Technology and Corporate Graphics departments. In 2003, they joined HR4U as an HR Business Partner, where they provided leadership and consulting support to management on matters of policy development and strategic implementation of HR programs. Finally, in 2006, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at EthicsGame, LLC, where they have been developing the ethical core of learners through innovative e-learning tools designed for ethics education.

Jeannine Niacaris received their MA in Human Resources from the University of Redlands in 1982 and their BA in Elementary Education from Western Washington University in 1974. Jeannine also holds a certification in Labor and Employment Law from UCLA.
