Svitlana Osaulenko currently serves as the GAPS Services National Program Manager at the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a federal grant portfolio exceeding $50 million and overseeing program design and implementation. Previously, Svitlana held the position of Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolee Program Coordinator at the African Community Center DC Metro, successfully establishing a support program for Ukrainians in Virginia. Svitlana co-founded Teach For Ukraine, serving as both Head of Program and Interim Chief Executive Officer, and contributed to scaling educational initiatives at Progress School as Deputy Director of Studies. Earlier roles include Head of Training and Support at Teach For Ukraine and teaching positions at ALOHA Language School and Green Forest. Svitlana holds a Master's degree in Japanese Studies from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Bachelor's degree in City Development from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
