As VP of Sales Operations and Marketing at e*thirteen, Deacon oversaw global marketing, OEM sales, aftermarket sales, customer service, warehouse operations, and demand planning. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Specialized Bicycle Components included serving as Global Supply Chain Leader, Director of Product Commercialization, and Director of Core Product Commercialization, where Deacon managed cross-functional teams, supplier relations, and cost negotiations to optimize product development and market launches. Deacon’s background also encompasses roles in recreational bike R&D and product management, demonstrating a comprehensive expertise in product innovation and market delivery.
