Tom Pfeifer

Tom is the Chief Revenue Officer of Ethisphere, where he is responsible for leading the sales and client engagement channels and growth strategy for both the Ethisphere Services business and the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA).

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Tom has vast experience serving the compliance, legal and regulatory markets, including a 25-year career at Thomson Reuters where he held several executive leadership and customer facing roles, including the Head of US Sales for Legal, Head of Customer Success, and Senior Vice President of Corporate and Government Channels within the Corporate, Government, Investigative and Education business unit. He served most recently as the Head of Customer Service & Support, where he was responsible for a global team of over 2,000 customer service, technical support, specialty services, website delivery, digital and research professionals.

Tom also served as a board member with the Fund for Legal Aid for Minnesota, which helps to ensure that access to justice is available to those who need it most and is also a board member of Books for Africa’s Jack Mason Law & Democracy Initiative, whose goal is to end the book famine in Africa and help advance the Rule of Law.

He has a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN and earned an undergraduate degree in English at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Tom lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and twin daughters.
