Dominika Kopinska

Dominika Kopinska is an advisory member volunteer focusing on values at G100: Mission Million, where Dominika serves as the UK Country Chair since January 2025. This organization unites influential women leaders globally to advocate for gender equality. Currently, Dominika also holds the role of Global People and Talent Assistant at Ethixbase360, having previously worked as a People Operations Assistant at Ofcom and a Human Resources Assistant at Acora - Managed IT Services. Early career experience includes a Sales Assistant position at Beauty Base Ltd. and work experience in Human Resources at Harrods. Dominika obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen Mary University of London and is pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, Dominika earned a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice in 2021.
