Abby Ayers

Abby Ayers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Ethlete Lab Academy since March 2023, Abby previously held numerous senior leadership roles at Fair Trade USA, including Senior Director of Retail Partnerships. Prior to this, Abby worked at The Retail Odyssey Company and Daymon Worldwide, managing key accounts and developing brand strategies for notable retailers such as Kroger. Earlier career roles included business development and marketing positions at Sunless Inc., MB Organizers, and various internships that provided foundational skills in sales, event planning, and distribution. Abby holds an MBA in International Business from Cleveland State University and a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.
