Dave Hilt has extensive experience in mobilization and global missions advocacy, currently serving at Ethnos360 since January 1981, where involvement includes church planting and leading training programs. Prior to Ethnos360, Dave worked as a disciple maker at YOCO Discipleship Ministries from January 1977 to December 1980 and held a position as an international refrigeration/transportation specialist at York Borg-Warner Corporation from April 1973 to December 1980. Early career experiences include roles as a cabinetmaker trainee at Litton Industries and a pressman at Corbox, alongside managing a store at Pennsupreme Dairy. Dave's educational background encompasses various degrees and diplomas in language science, biblical studies, graphic design, and related fields, with notable training at institutions such as the New Tribes Language and Linguistics Institute and York Bible Institute.
