Neil Byce IV has a diverse education history with a focus on Christian leadership and business administration. In 2003, they attended Santa Fe College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Studies. Afterward, from 2006 to 2007, they enrolled at Johnson University, where they pursued studies in Christian Leadership Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Neil has also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Six Sigma Global Institute in July 2020.
