Francis Lopetegui

Francis Lopetegui's work experience begins in 2010 with roles at TCN and Codesta as a Software Engineer. At TCN, Francis developed custom software applications and maintained existing systems based on client needs. At Codesta, Francis utilized the Seam Framework with AJAX, JSF, and Java Beans to develop user interfaces.

In 2011, Francis joined Eyereturn as a Senior Software Engineer and progressed to become a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. Throughout their time at Eyereturn, Francis held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer/Product Lead and Senior Software Engineer Team Lead.

Most recently, in 2017, Francis joined Ethoca as a Software Engineering Team Lead, where they currently work.

Francis Lopetegui has a B.Sc in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they have completed a Computer Programmer course at Humber College. They also hold several certifications including Hands-on Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake (expected in 2023), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in 2022), AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera (obtained in 2020), and Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera (obtained in 2020).
