Jim Raybould

Jim Raybould has over 20 years of experience in user experience design and management. Jim currently serves as the Director of User Experience at Ethoca, where they have been since December 2019. Prior to that, Jim worked as the Principal Product Designer at Dell Technologies from February 2018 to November 2019. Jim also held the position of Head of UX - Austin at athenahealth from July 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, Jim served as the Enterprise UX Manager and Lead UX Designer at Blackbaud from 2012 to 2014, and as the Lead UX Designer at Convio from 2010 to 2012. Jim started their career at Sabre Holdings and Travelocity / Corporate Solutions, where they worked as a Lead User Experience Designer and Lead Experience Designer, respectively. Jim's expertise lies in leading UX efforts, advocating for users, and increasing usability of products through user-centered design principles.

Jim Raybould earned a B.F.A. degree in Design Communications from Texas Tech University.
