Martin Hall began their professional career in 2011 working as a Help Desk for GameStop. In 2014 they joined NCR Corporation as an Incident Management Specialist. In 2016 they moved to RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. as an IT Specialist. There they were responsible for POS staging and installation of all new store openings, resolving point of sale software and hardware issues, and coordinating new store openings. In 2017 they took a POS Administrator Contract with Auxis, where they were solely responsible for POS database management for 66 locations. In 2018 they joined Retail Data Systems as a Support Technician, responsible for configuration and installation of new Brink and MobileBytes point of sale systems and network infrastructure across the country. In 2020 they became a DFW Regional Field Technician for Boomtown, specializing in onsite installs across multiple POS systems and 3rd party components. Currently, Martin Hall is a Senior Project Manager for eThor, overseeing all installation, testing, and training of new customers, working with multiple shareholders and third party clients, and leading training of operations team, documentation, and Zendesk administrator.

Martin Hall attended Allen High School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their High School diploma. Martin then attended Collin College, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General.
