Drew March is a seasoned professional in customer success and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ethos since November 2019. In this role, Drew leads strategic partnerships with key federal clients in the Department of Defense, focusing on combination of relationship management and data-driven strategies to ensure customer success and mission readiness. Previously, Drew served as a Business Intelligence Developer, creating scalable reporting solutions to enhance decision-making for enterprise and federal accounts. Earlier in the career, Drew founded and operated SnoBoat, a mobile snow cone business on Watts Bar Lake in East Tennessee. Drew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2019.
