Aakanksh Jaikumar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management and research. Currently serving as the General Manager at Ethos Cannabis since April 2021, Aakanksh has previously held significant roles such as Co-Founder and COO at TIP- Transparency In Politics, where Aakanksh created a B2B software company, raised funding, and built a SaaS platform from the ground up. As Dispensary Manager at BEYOND / HELLO, Aakanksh drove a 600% increase in gross sales and expanded the retail team by 300%. Aakanksh's research experience includes a position as a Research Associate at Temple University’s Center for Substance Abuse Research, focusing on the effects of drugs on learning and memory. Aakanksh holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Temple University and is a graduate of Holy Ghost Preparatory School.
