Derek Croissette, M. Ed. is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager and Floating Retail Specialist at Ethos Cannabis since August 2020, where collaboration with retail teams focuses on achieving sales goals and store success. Previous experience includes various positions at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from 2010 to 2020, where Derek contributed to merchandising, sales goals, and overall store management. Additionally, Derek has held roles as District Manager at ADP, Assistant Manager at AM Retail Group, and Resident Coordinator at Temple University, gaining skills in operations management, team leadership, and student engagement. Derek holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University.
