Michelle Castady, DMCP has a wealth of experience in the event management industry. Michelle currently serves as the Principal + Owner of ETHOS Event Collective in the Midwest, a company dedicated to creating impactful destination experiences. Michelle is also the Founder + President of Unrivaled Events, LLC, which operates under the name ETHOS Event Collective and is a Certified Woman Business Enterprise. Prior to these roles, Michelle held positions such as General Manager and Director of Sales at 360 Destination Group, where Michelle oversaw a team of 10 and managed over $25M in program sales. Michelle also has experience as an Account Director at ACCESS Destination Services and as the Director of DMC Sales at Naples Transportation & Tours, managing partnerships with luxury properties.
