Simone Valente

Simone Valente is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and acquisition marketing. Currently serving as Principal of Acquisition Marketing at Ethos since December 2025, Simone previously held the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Thirty Madison from April 2022 to December 2025. With prior positions including Growth Marketing Manager at HelloFresh and Marketing Manager at Starry, Inc., Simone began a career in marketing at Turner Broadcasting System, where roles spanned from Content Partnerships Coordinator to Digital Strategic Planning Analyst and Account Coordinator. Additionally, Simone's early experience includes a position as Marketing Promotion Coordinator at J&L Marketing, Inc., and a brief internship at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. Simone holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, focused on Management/Leadership and Marketing, with a minor in Film Studies, and is a graduate of Communications High School.
