Christopher Bays

Christopher Bays has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Christopher currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Ethos Specialty Insurance Services LLC, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President at the same company, starting from April 2021.

Before joining Ethos Specialty Insurance Services, Christopher worked as an Assistant Vice President in M&A Insurance at Ethos Specialty Insurance Services from January 2018 to April 2021. Christopher also gained experience as a Production Counsel in Americas M&A at Ironshore Insurance in 2017.
