Xavier Aguirre

Xavier Aguirre has extensive experience in the field of international tax and mergers and acquisitions. Xavier started their career in 2010 at PwC, where they worked as a Director in the NY Metro International Tax Services team. In this role, they focused on tax structuring for multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and developed tax-efficient holding and finance structures for both US and non-US companies. In 2022, they joined Ethos Specialty Insurance Services LLC as the Vice President of M&A Tax.

Xavier Aguirre obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. This education was completed from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Xavier obtained certifications in Digital Acumen and Human-Centered Design from PwC in May 2020.
