Matt Packard

Matt Packard has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Matt started their career as an English Instructor at Bilkent University in 2007. Following that, they worked as an Assistant to the Chairman at The Park Avenue Bank from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they served as a Trip Leader at Putney Student Travel - National Geographic Student Expeditions. Matt then gained legal experience as a Summer Intern at Petrucci e Petrucci Avvocati in 2011 and as a Legal Intern to Hon. Thomas M. Blewitt - Magistrate Judge at the United States District Court from July to September 2011. Matt continued to expand their legal expertise as a Summer Associate at Elliott Greenleaf in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, Matt served as a Judicial Clerk at the Chambers of Hon. Richard M. Hughes, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Matt then joined White and Williams LLP in 2014 as an Associate Attorney, where they specialized in International Transactions & Disputes and General Litigation. Matt provided legal and strategic advice, with a focus on customs and international trade law, compliance, and defense litigation. In December 2016, Matt became the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Ethos Therapy Solutions.

Matt Packard earned a B.A. degree in French from Hamilton College from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, they participated in a French Language Summer Immersion Program at Middlebury College. The following year, they studied at Institut catholique de Paris to further pursue their French language studies. Matt then attended Temple University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a J.D. degree with honors (cum laude). Additionally, Matt has obtained the certification of CHC - Certified in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
