Holly (Kruchinski) Pearson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Partner of Total Rewards & Recognition at Ethos Veterinary Health since July 2020, Holly has previously held positions such as Senior HR Generalist at UHY LLP and Human Resources Manager at CompuGroup Medical US. Holly's career began at Pioneer Investments, progressing from HR Assistant to HRIS, Benefits, & Compensation Analyst, demonstrating a solid foundation in human resources.
