Jillian Sergi

Jillian Sergi currently serves as the Director of Hospital Operations at Ethos Veterinary Health, a veterinary health organization with multiple hospitals across the U.S., since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jillian worked at Shields Health for nearly 14 years, holding various positions including Director of Customer Care, Regional Patient Care Manager, Regional Business Operations Manager, Regional Customer Care Manager, Lead Customer Care Specialist, and Clinical Secretary. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Sociology from Bryant University, and another Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Merrimack College. Additionally, Jillian pursued studies at The University of Auckland.
