From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Call One, Incorporated, where they held roles as a Project Manager and Customer Service/Repair Representative. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Cornerstone Solutions as an Accounting Clerk, Marketing Intern, and IT Management. In these roles, they kept an ongoing ledger of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, utilized a CRM tool to manage prospect analysis and client information, and was in charge of scheduling the IT team to work with clients.
