Max Caspers

Max Caspers has a diverse background in collection management and archaeology. They began their career as a delivery and packing employee at Kievit, eventually progressing to roles at Naturalis Biodiversity Center, where they led digitalization projects and managed insect collections. Currently, Max serves as the Head of Collection Management, overseeing a team responsible for the care and development of a scientific collection consisting of over 43 million objects. They also contribute as a member of the Works Council at Naturalis, supporting organizational governance. Max holds both a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Archaeology from Leiden University.
