Chris Beisner

Chris Beisner has extensive experience in product management and customer engagement, currently serving as the VP and Smart B/OSS Product Owner at ETI Software since May 2004. In this role, Chris manages a global team of 15, overseeing the company's flagship billing and CRM product. Previous positions at ETI include Vice President of Customer Engagement, Technical Presales, Customer Success, and Product Management, where Chris contributed significantly to client transitions, technical sales success, and overall product strategy. Before ETI, Chris worked at CSG Systems for a decade as a Product Manager and other roles, focusing on mainframe billing products for large cable MSOs. Chris holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Iowa State University.
