Gemma Galdon Clavell

Gemma Galdon Clavell, PhD is the CEO and founder of Eticas AI, an SME based in Spain. Gemma has a background in sociology and security policy research, with experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Barcelona and a PhD researcher at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Gemma has also worked as a trainer and professor in police training at the Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya and as a head of CIFAL Barcelona at UNITAR. Gemma holds a PhD in Public Policy Analysis, a Master's degree in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
