Chalana Abeysinghe

Chalana Abeysinghe is an experienced professional in cargo operations, currently serving as the Area Manager of Cargo Operations for Etihad since November 2007, and has held various roles including Cargo Operations Centre Duty Manager and Cargo Hub Performance Supervisor. Prior to Etihad, Chalana worked at SriLankan Airlines from September 2004 to October 2007 as a Cargo Agent and Acting Cargo Duty Officer. Chalana holds a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain, Shipping & Logistics Management from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, obtained in 2021, and an Honours Diploma in e-Technology Computing from the National Institute of Information Technology completed in 2003. Educational background includes high school studies at St. Anthony's College Kandy with a focus on physical sciences.
