Gaurav Kapoor

Gaurav Kapoor is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance - Operations at Etihad since September 2011. Kapoor has held multiple roles in the airline industry, including Captain for A320, A330, and A350 aircraft, Quality Assurance Auditor for IOSA, and Manager of Quality Assurance for Flight Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior First Officer at Gulf Air and Jazz Aviation LP, as well as completing an Analyst Intern role at Transport Canada. Academically, Kapoor is pursuing an MSc in Air Transport Management at City St George’s, University of London, and has specialized in Strategic Management and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. Kapoor also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Aviation Management and Operations, as well as a degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Western University.
