Grant Kemp

Grant Kemp is an experienced aviation professional, currently serving as the Regional General Manager for Central regions, including Africa, UAE, GCC, CIS, and Levant at Etihad since December 2019. Responsibilities include managing operations across 21 online and 77 offline countries, overseeing a team of 52 contracted staff and 8 strategically placed Etihad personnel. Prior roles at Etihad included Country Manager for Cargo in South Africa, achieving set sales and operational targets. Before joining Etihad, Grant held positions at Lufthansa Cargo AG as a Key Account Manager and Supervisor, and earlier at Qatar Airways as a Cargo Sales Executive. Grant began a career in sales at Nashua Mobile, where client acquisition marked significant achievements. Academically, Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Africa, completed in 2021, and a Matric from Benoni High School.
