Leah Hernandez Pagsiat has over a decade of experience in the travel and airline industry, currently serving as a Sales Support Officer at Etihad since February 2011. In this role, Leah manages content for the Etihad for Agents website and oversees the SuperSeller membership program, coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure prompt resolutions to inquiries.
