Mohammed al Tamimi

Mohammed Al Tamimi is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in flight operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Flight Operations at Etihad since January 2005, responsibilities include overseeing pilot, cabin crew, navigation, and dispatch teams to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Mohammed has also held key positions such as Captain TRE for the B777 and B787, Head of Fleet for Boeing at Etihad Airways, and Manager of the Cadet Pilot Program, focusing on recruiting and training aspiring pilots. Prior to Etihad, experience includes roles at Gulf Air and Emirates as a First Officer. Mohammed holds a Master's degree in Aviation/Air Transport Management and Operations from City St George's, University of London, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Military Security Policy and Strategy at the National Defence College.
