Peninah MacHaria

Peninah Macharia currently serves as the Distribution Controller NDC at Etihad, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Peninah accumulated extensive experience over twelve years at Kenya Airways, progressing through roles including Pricing Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing passenger revenues and developing strategic pricing initiatives, and various positions in revenue management and customer service. Key achievements encompassed the effective implementation of ancillary products, providing critical operational solutions during flight disruptions, and enhancing customer retention through effective complaint resolution. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Governance, Peace, and Security from Africa Nazarene University and a degree in Broadcast Media from Daystar University, complemented by foundational education from Kenyan primary and secondary institutions.
