Steven Pierce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest experience design and marketing, currently serving as the Events & Industrial Design Lead at Etihad since November 2014. Over the years, Steven has held various key roles within the company, focusing on enhancing customer experiences across multiple lounges, developing premium lounge spaces at Midfield Airport, and creating family-oriented strategies for inflight services. Prior experience includes working as a blogger for PIERCESPIERCE, marketing assistant at Fimak Group, field researcher at RED C Research and Marketing Ltd, and creative director for the DIT Alfa Romeo fashion show. Steven's academic background includes a Master's degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and French from Technological University Dublin.
