Suad Mohamed has over 15 years of experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Etihad since July 2008. In this position, Suad has been responsible for scheduling interviews across various levels, creating travel itineraries for executives and guests, managing inquiries, and handling confidential information. Prior to joining Etihad, Suad worked at Qatar Airways as an Airport Service Shift Leader, overseeing flight-handling activities and ensuring high service standards during disruptions. Suad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Buckinghamshire New University, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
