Hilal Noor

Hilal Noor is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Network Design Engineer at Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co. "GO" since October 2021, Hilal is responsible for assessing network availability and preparing both Low-Level and High-Level designs for customer networks. Prior to this role, Hilal held various positions at the same company from December 2011 to 2021, including Senior Business Delivery and Specialist Business Delivery, focusing on connections and services for business customers, as well as configuring LAN and WAN networks. Hilal's career began as a Network Engineer at Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services in 2010, working on Jeddah Municipality projects. Educational background includes a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the Arab Open University.
