Murad Fakhouri

Murad Fakhouri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and recovery. Currently serving as Claims Manager at Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI) since April 2022, Murad previously held positions as Claims Recovery Manager at Recovery Advisers B.V. and Team Leader for SME portfolio collection and recovery at Mashreq. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Recovery Officer at National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Collection Officer at RAKBANK. Murad Fakhouri holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from alhosn university, attained between 2009 and 2013, along with a high school diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from Al Dafrah private school, completed in 2007.
