Onesmus Kithome

Onesmus Kithome is an experienced fleet mechanic and rolling stock team leader with a career spanning over two decades in the rail industry. Currently employed at Etihad Rail since July 2023, Onesmus has also held significant positions at Keolis MHI Rail Management and Operation L.L.C. and Dubai Metro Rail, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in rolling stock management and technical maintenance. Prior experience includes data analysis and material coordination at Rift Valley Railways and rolling stock maintenance at Kenya Railways. Onesmus Kithome holds a diploma in Procurement and Supply from Mombasa Polytechnic University College and multiple certificates related to rail vehicle examination and repair, as well as a degree in Business Management from the University of Nairobi.
