Rashid al Mulla

Rashid Al Mulla is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy and engineering, currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy, Policy and Market at Etihad Rail since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rashid held the position of Project Director at the Emirates Council For Rural Development from January 2022 to June 2024, having been seconded from Etihad Rail. Rashid's extensive career at Etihad Rail began in August 2012, encompassing various leadership roles including Director of International Business and Director of Technical Coordination. Earlier in Rashid's career, positions included Head of Technical Coordination and NOC, Network NOC Senior Manager, and Network NOC Manager. Rashid began professional development as a Civil Engineer at Dubai Airport Free Zone from October 2008 to August 2012. Rashid's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Concordia University and a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technologies from Higher Colleges of Technology.
