Rodrigo Germano Maia

Rodrigo Germano Maia currently serves as Fleet Manager at Etihad Rail since March 2023. Previously, Rodrigo held multiple leadership roles at Nacala Logistics, including General Manager and Acting General Manager, as well as Rolling Stock Maintenance Manager. At Grupo FCAB, Rodrigo was responsible for the maintenance of the FCAB rolling stock fleet as Jefe de Departamento de Carros. Experience at Rumo ALL included the role of Gerente de Manutenção Material Rodante overseeing maintenance and railway operations. Rodrigo's background also features a significant tenure at MRS Logística S.A. in various managerial positions related to locomotive maintenance and signaling. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Faculdades Dom Bosco, a specialization in Transport Engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia, as well as further education in Organizational Leadership and Strategic People Management from Ohio University and FIA Business School. In August 2023, Rodrigo began a program at Delft University of Technology to specialize in Railway Engineering.
