Dr. Ahmed Lotfy Helal

Dr. Ahmed Lotfy Helal has extensive experience in the veterinary care sector, primarily focusing on poultry health and biosecurity. Dr. Ahmed started their career at Misr Arab Poultry Co. in 2017 as a Vet Care Specialist. Dr. Ahmed then moved on to Cairo Poultry Company (CPC) as a Senior Vet Care Specialist from December 2017 to June 2019. Following that, Dr. Helal joined Cairo Three A in June 2019 as a Breeders Vet Care & Biosecurity Manager, where they held that role until October 2022. Currently, Dr. Helal works at Etihad as a Vet Care Section Head, responsible for monitoring and reporting on the health and biosecurity of poultry farms.

Dr. Ahmed Lotfy Helal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Sadat City University. Dr. Ahmed attended this program from 2012 to 2017. In 2020, they returned to the same institution and earned a Diploma of Poultry and Rabbit Medicine, also in the field of Veterinary Medicine. In addition, Dr. Ahmed Lotfy Helal obtained a certification in Food Safety and Quality Training Courses from Vetbook in August 2017.
