Thomas Woytaszek has worked in the software engineering and development field for over 30 years. Thomas began their career in 1982 as an Aerial Navigator/C130 VMGR-252 in the United States Marine Corps. Following their service, they worked as a Software Developer at Unisys from 1990 to 1996. During this time, they were responsible for monitoring a quasi-real-time air traffic management system written in Pascal for Apollo/Domain OS and created a batch back-up protocol in the event of remote site failure. In 1996, they worked as a Software Developer at Parametric Technology and as a Software Engineer at Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc., where they created documentation for an A-10 aircraft simulator. From 1999 to 2010, Thomas worked as a Principal Software Engineer at RSA, The Security Division of EMC. During this time, they were a developer on the consumer-facing Go ID Service, a technical lead for Adaptive Authentication for Phone, Authentication Manager Authentication Component, and Identity Management Services Authentication Module, and they introduced SCRUM and Extreme Programing processes. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Arcadia Solutions LLC, where they were a key member of a Scrum-based, innovative project to aid in visualization of data in a clinical setting. Thomas utilized HTML5 (web sockets, canvas) front-end, Javascript, jQuery, server-side Java stack, web services, and big data. Lastly, Thomas worked as a Team Member at DDC Advocacy from 2013 to 2015 and has been a Principal Software Engineer at Etiometry Inc. since 2015.

Thomas Woytaszek obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 1986 and 1990.
